I had a nine-hour layover at the airport and booked a capsule at this convenient hotel right at the entrance to the departure gates. The capsule was surprisingly comfortable, and I appreciated the welcome kit with an eye mask and ear plugs. The communal shower was clean and provided hot water without any waiting. it served its purpose for a transit sleep at the airport.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had air conditioning and was tidy and the bathroom was very clean, in a convenient location near the Transportation Hub, with nearby restaurants and Terminal 2.

Chilled-out base for rest, felt like home. Loved the a single room where the bed was n't made yet, felt like we where home. Good central location adjacent to the Transportation Hub, an airport terminal, and an airport.

The staff were all amicable and supper friendly, which was unquestionably a plus...

The beds were comfy and rooms were compact. It had climate control, an individual safe, and an electronic key card.

The location of this place is fantastic, situated right by the center of the hostel, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk from Soul Chicken, which offers great food to go.

It's a convenient base for rest. Overall the staff is affable and really kind. As for me location is marvellous and magnificent, near an airport terminal, the centre of the hostel, and an airport.

I recently stayed at the Capsule Transit hotel for a few hours before my next flight. The staff was incredibly kind and helped me transfer to the correct area without any extra charge. They provided towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for free, which was a nice touch. The capsule space was just the right size, not too small, and I was able to enjoy a hot shower and get some good rest. a great experience and definitely recommended!

Conveniently located close to the airport, Transportaion Hub, and airport terminal, which made me feel safe and secure 😊.

I had a bit of trouble finding the Capsule Transit Klia 2 when I arrived late at night, but once I found it, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The airport staff and hotel personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience much easier. The location within the airside terminal was also very convenient, allowing me to relax and not rush to the boarding gates. The capsule itself was comfortable, and the showers were great. despite a few minor hiccups, I would definitely recommend Capsule Transit Klia 2 for a convenient and comfortable stay during a layover.
